As a certified Hypnobabies® Instructor and two-time hypno-mom, I can help you make the best use of your Hypnobabies® tools as your doula!

What’s included:

• Prenatal visit: We’ll meet before your baby’s birth to discuss your birth preferences and practice your hypnotic techniques. I’ll work with you to create a customized script to help you feel calm and comfortable as you prepare for birth.
• Unlimited telephone/email correspondence:  Birth’s a big deal and I’m here to support you and help you understand what’s going on every step of the way.
• On call: From 2 weeks before your guess date until your baby is born, I’ll be on-call ready to support you during birth.
• Continuous birth support: I will join you as early in your birthing time as you like and stay until after your baby is born.
• Immediate post-partum support: I will help you use your hypnosis to increase post-partum comfort and will help you initiate breastfeeding immediately after birth. I generally stay 1 to 2 hours after the birth of your baby.
• Post-partum follow-up visit: I will visit you again within a week of your baby’s birth to go over the details of the birth and help you ease into motherhood.
